Mr. M. versus City. Client was operating motorcycle when city fire truck failed to yield a stop sign and client had to lay motorcycle down to avoid a collision. Client suffered a right knee fracture and road rash.

Mr. N. versus Car Owner. Client was traveling through an intersection on his motorcycle when the adverse driver made a left turn in front of Client. Client sustained a broken foot, along with injuries to his shoulder and wrist and general scarring from road rash.

Mr. T. versus Car Owner. Client was driving a 2004 800cc Suzuki Maurauder when Other Driver came into client’s lane of travel. To avoid a collision, client laid his bike down. Client suffered a knee injury necessitating a surgical scope of the knee.
