Car Accident

Ms.W. versus Insurance Company. Client was passenger in vehicle that was turning left on a yellow light and was hit by driver running a yellow light. Client suffered fractured sternum and a shoulder tear as a result of the collision.

Mr. A versus Mrs. B. Client was operating a motorcycle and T-boned Mrs. B when she failed to yield and pulled out from a side street. Client could not avoid the collision. Client suffered cuts to his face, leg injuries and road rash.
