Mr. J laid his motorcycle down due to being cut off by a SUV driver who fled the scene. Police report did not list any other driver; by obtaining the 9-1-1 tape, two witnesses were located and corroborated Mr. J’s version thereby triggering his uninsured motorist coverage. Mr. J sustained road rash and was hospitalized as a result.
